Knowledge empowers - I’m an experienced senior banker, I just don’t work for a bank anymore! I use the insight and first-hand knowledge of banks’ key drivers of risk, interest rates, and terms for your advantage.
Diverse best describes my finance experience. I spent the first third of my career working for Finance Companies. Second third with one of the big four banks as a Commercial banker before transitioning into a Regional Manager role across the Bay of Plenty and Waikato, managing Agri, Business, Commercial, Wealth mangers along with Plant & Machinery finance teams.
I moved to Great Lake Taupo in the early 1990’s, choosing this area as a place where I wanted to raise my then young family.
Through children’s activities, sporting interests and involvement in the business community I have been appointed and continue to contribute to to a variety of boards, trusts and committees that help support the Great Lake Taupo District. Amongst other activities, I chaired the Taupo Chamber of Commerce & Industry, a board member 100% Lake Taupo Charitable Trust and one of the founding trustees of Taupo Pathways for Youth Employment Trust.
Over the last 40+ years my work experience has largely been within the Waikato/ Bay of Plenty area. I enjoy extensive networks and connections along with a deep understanding of the industries across the Central Plateau.
